“Probably could have gone with a 3. Very bulky and cropped. Don’t have much room to layer underneath with anything substantial like a hoodie. Material reminds me of a stiffer Padded Hoodie on the exterior and interior. Quality seems good. Not really water repellent. Sat briefly but then soaked in. It is so thick that the wetness would take forever to get to you but definitely not something to wear in heavy rain. It is very heavy. You’d probably only want to wear a t-shirt underneath it. “I’m 5’10” and 78kg, wearing a size 1, could of easily gone size 2 but fit leaning heavy into the cropped look which I am able to pull off with my build. Quality is alright, I actually like how it feels on the inside with the cotton, really quite cosy to wear. I think the outer material should be easy to wipe away any dirt or small stains. The hood is the worst thing about it, it’s not very heavy or big. The zipper is likely to be the first thing to break over time if I was to guess, it’s pretty cheap feeling.” original post

“Honestly even after hearing about the material changes from others posts, I’m not unhappy with this jacket at all. It’s not the Pixar jacket but for 80 bucks you get a really warm double layer padded zip up. The shell does feel like a hotel pillow case but honestly doesn’t really detract for me other than the fact I really wanted the nylon waterproof shell. I’d say it’s almost on par with Yeezy Gap’s quality. It’s not perfect, the zipper and pull strings are probably as cheap as they possibly could be but those are really the only things you can tell are cheap. I’ll probably be dying this tan sometime in the near future. TLDR, not the Pixar jacket, but the silhouette is similar enough and it’s still a nice thick full cotton zip up for 80 bucks” original post

Also, please note that I’ve combined sizing data for both the Black and White JC-08, as there are no known fit differences between the colorways (as far as I know).

If you’re looking to buy the YZY JC-08 secondhand on eBay, StockX, Grailed, or elsewhere, I highly recommend saving this page to compare the tags. As far as I know, there are no fakes yet, but since Yeezy is so popular, it’s only a matter of time so we better be careful!
