“Probably could have gone with a 3. Very bulky and cropped. Don’t have much room to layer underneath with anything substantial like a hoodie. Material reminds me of a stiffer Padded Hoodie on the exterior and interior. Quality seems good. Not really water repellent. Sat briefly but then soaked in. It is so thick that the wetness would take forever to get to you but definitely not something to wear in heavy rain. It is very heavy. You’d probably only want to wear a t-shirt underneath it.
